‘RELATE’, a mobile phone application that serves to help the deaf bridge the gaps in communication and feedback. It involves 3 stakeholders - the deaf, their employers and Singapore's Association for the Deaf. It offers features such as an interactive simulation, that prepares employers to onboard their deaf employees, visual cues for basic communication between employees and their co-workers, and a portal for admin matters between the 3 stakeholders. With the given data, SADEAF can follow closely on their deaf client’s work progress and intervene only when necessary.
